To assist delegates in choosing the right course for them we have introduced the following course categorisation.
I have arranged the training schedule so topics may be taken as “training tracks” to facilitate more in depth learning. It can be tough to decide which training course to take. To assist in this process I have defined the following tracks based around specific topics of interest. You are not required to take all the courses in a track, but taking the courses in the order shown will really help in gaining the maximum benefit from TM Forum training at the show.Note: the distilled courses are introductory level courses. TM Forum Business Process Framework (eTOM) and TM Forum Information Framework (SID) Distilled courses are the foundation courses for TM Forum Business Process Framework (eTOM) and TM Forum Information Framework (SID) Knowledge Certification .
