The goal for TM Forum’s Service Delivery Framework team is to define a framework for the management of next generation services through the complete lifecycle from design to retirement. This involves diverse stakeholders and a converged environment. 

The team is currently gathering requirements and is keen to hear from interested members on scenarios and issues.
