Information Collection and Use
TM Forum is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. TM Forum collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give basic contact and some demographic information (such as name, email address, country, industry sector, area of responsibility and professional affiliation). It is optional for the user to provide additional demographic information, and unique identifiers, but encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site.

Communications with Users
We send all new users a welcoming email to verify password and username. We also send the user site and service announcement updates. We may also contact you from time to time to ask you to update your profile details. A user cannot opt out of receiving these communications, which contain important information about the service.
During registration, users are also asked to specify their communications preferences for different types of content they can receive via e-mail, such as information and newsletters, promotion of events, opportunities to participate in TM Forum activities and special offers. We always follow your communications preferences to only send you the information you ask for.
