In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. Communications with Users
We send all new users a welcoming email to verify password and username. We also send the user site and service announcement updates.  We may also contact you from time to time to ask you to update your profile details. A user cannot opt out of receiving these communications, which contain important information about the service. 

During registration, users are also asked to specify their communications preferences for different types of content they can receive via e-mail, such as information and newsletters, promotion of events, opportunities to participate in TM Forum activities and special offers. We always follow your communications preferences to only send you the information you ask for.

Your communications preferences include a subscription option for 'Third Party Special Offers'. We may from time to time agree with third parties to distribute their promotions to users who have opted to receive this content. Subscription to this type of content is voluntary by the registering user and you can unsubscribe from this content at any time.

Email Tracking
Promotional e-mails sent to you may contain tracking information which allows us to assess whether the e-mail message meets its objectives. This includes monitoring e-mail open activity and subsequent click-through and further website activity.
