TM Forum Solution Frameworks (NGOSS) are the industry’s only true standard for development and deployment of OSS/BSS (Operations/Business Support Systems) that are easy to integrate, flexible, and easy to manage throughout their lifecycle. This course provides an over view of the Frameworks and key components: the Business Process Framework (eTOM), the Information Framework (SID), the Integration Framework (TNA & NGOSS Contracts) and the Applications Framework (TAM), 
with practical exercises to help the assimilation of these topics.
