Last week at our TM Forum Management World Americas in Orlando I was struck by the level of interest in three key topics. Two of these I have blogged about for the past year - Cloud & 4G. But the other one is coming up fast on the rails as a contender for a very hot topic in 2010 - Managing Customer Experience. Not the typical platitudes surrounding customer experience, but rather a much more systemic and systematic approach to this topic.
