Frequently asked questions?

Ever wondered who actually asks the FAQ's that are a "must have" on every website? I used to until I had to create some for the Training web pages!

I'm sure that as time passes, I can augment or even replace my list with some real FAQs generated by yourselves, so get asking!

I have to be careful what I wish for here. My experience of being on the TM Forum booth in Nice and Orlando has shown that the most frequently asked questions of me there were:

1. Where is lunch being served?
2. Where are the toilets? and, my favourite,
3. Where can I find someone who knows something about...?

Obviously I don't look like "someone who knows something about..."
