It took a gentle nudge from my coleage John R to remind me that I have been a bit remiss in my "blogging" (is this a real word?) recently. No excuses other than inertia :-)
Travelling the World as we do, meeting and training members and non-members from different Countries and cultures I'm pleasantly surprised at the degree of similarity rather than degree of difference that I find. The drive to create order - a common understanding , using a common language, common frameworks and a common approach to solving problems epitomises the ethos of the TM Forum. Work together and we can address the challenges that we each face in these tough times.It can put a smile on my face at the end of even the longest day!
So with my apologies to John and my New Years resolution to blog more often... bye for now
