Hello everyone, and if it's not too late best wishes for the coming year.
Britain has just come out of its worst spell of weather for quite some time and as usual with the first snowflake the Country stopped working. Road, rail and air transport all came to a halt, schools and businesses were closed whilst the population largely stayed indoors and complained.
This quiet time however, gave me a chance to look ahead to see how our training pipeline was looking. A quick glance at the training courses we have planned for the next three months
(
http://www.tmforum.org/UpcomingTrainingCourses/2115/home.html ) shows that the TM Forum trainers are in for a busy time with training sessions planned for 19 cities in every Continent - except the one populated largely by penguins that is. The decision on where to go and which courses to offer is made largely by a combination of the skills of those doing the work and the need to reach as many of our members as possible.
Which is where you can help, the more information we have from members wishing to come along to a training course, the better we can plan our pipeline, so if you are interested, let us know where you are and which courses you would be interested in and we will see what we can do. You never know, if enough penguins respond perhaps Antarctica may even be a possibility.
I look forward to hearing from you
Andrew
