Tailor-made or off-the peg?

Hello again,

In my previous blog (I still have trouble believing that blog is a real word !) I mentioned the wide range of people I meet whilst training - different backgrounds, different needs and different expectations.

Whilst this diversity brings an interesting and valuable perspective to the training course, there are some organizations who see the need to have a more focussed type of training and this is where our in-house courses come into their own. Covering the same basic course content, but with case studies and exercises that reflect the interests of  Member's organization we can deliver courses tailored to the Member's requirement.
This does not mean that the benefits of diversity have to be lost. On the contrary bringing together a variety of staff members - Marketing, Sales, Operations, Solutions Architects, Billing, CRM and so on, perhaps from different parts of an organization or Countries, can spark a real understanding of how everyone involved is reliant on each other and how the Frameworks can help to deliver a better product to their end Customer - whatever that product and whoever the end customer.
If you think that this type of training would suit your organization, get it touch with Chuck Smith  and he will be happy to help.

That's enough blogging (sigh) for this week, I'm off to find out if I need to have a twitter :-)

Until next time

Andrew
