Hello again,
I'm back in the U.K after my annual dose of sunshine in Nice. Being Scottish anything over 18 Celsius is a heatwave!
The attendees we get the training sessions during Management World tend to be slightly different from those at our other open-enrolment courses. In that they are more likely to have a different technical backgrounds and represent different aspects of our industry. For example, we get more middle managers, more representatives from ISVs, more sales & marketing people and of course the multi-cultural aspect is increased.
The result is that we get a slight different perspective on the course content. With perhaps more questions on how others use Frameworx, for example, or asking for more detail in some important area that is not normally asked for. Equally, some students may not ask as many questions as perhaps they would at a regional event.
As you might guess the course content is structured and presented to offer benefit and interest to as many people as possible and consequently not everything can be covered., But if you have a special interest or have a specific question, please don't go away from the course without asking about it.
Our trainers are knowledgeable, experienced and are there to help. If if can be covered without moving too far away from the syllabus then the trainer will do it. Alternatively, the subject could be covered during a break, after class or indeed after the event.
It's very important that students get full value from everything we do, so please don't be shy.
