    Hello again, I've been busy these past two weeks, not so much traveling or training, but preparing for Management World Americas in Orlando. Mind you, my preparation is insignificant compared to that of those directly involved with the event. Our events, sales, marketing, technical, IT,membership teams... in fact everyone on TM Forum staff have been hard at it working behind the scenes to make the event as successful as it can possibly be.     I have been spending more time (at least for me) at home lately. My wife, Jeannie, and I like to cook together on the weekends. So, we thought we might dust off an old recipe or two, and see if we could enhance them a little, while keeping true to the concept.     I’m back in the USA (New Jersey) this week, but some distance away from the South and my beloved Texas. However, the South did visit me here in the form of some good eats, in three parts.
