    hi Mansoor,
If you find any info regarding the L4 decomps please forward it to me as well. L3 info can be found in the eTOM guides, specifically GB921D

Re: eTOM Level 0 to Level 4 Examples

    Hi,

I am  equally in need of case studies that can clearly delineate the different process groupings at L3 and L4.

The case studies presented on Tmforum present the broader context in which Etom has been used but fall short of explaining the details of how the Etom framework was used in gap analysis.

I must say someof the L4 decompositions are too similar to distinguish. As someone  aspiring for Etom certification in the near future, it would be great if the community could provide pertinent case studies for important L3 and L4 decompositions.

    Cheers

    Hi Santhosh

If you go to the document library under eTOM you will find:

GB921 “Browsable eTOM” Release 7.0 (HTML)

It goes to a hierarchy Level 4- for example:

    (4) Process Type Report Revenue Assurance

    Brief Description:
Monitor and report on the status of continuous monitoring of revenue assurance control point performance, of revenue assurance trouble reports, to provide notifications of any changes and provide management reports.

Also - GB941 is being prepared for release 2.0
    http://www.tmforum.org/cws/helper_controls/download.aspx?ID=16665&team_ID=17
On page 19 they mention some L4 RA processes, BUT you are still better off using the HTML version.

    Best

    Lucas
