I have just joined the TM Forum and have a basic question.

I work in the ERP (SAP to be more specific) space and am very interested in sharing information on how it can be integrated to network inventory software (e.g. Axiom, Telcordia, Netcracker etc). I have worked on a system that "discovers" inventory and creates equipment records in SAP. In this way it integrates with asset management and also displays the "installed base". The same data is used to manage faults, waranties, costs, inventory etc.

Has anyone else done something similar? Also am I on the right forum?

Any help will be much appreciated. I have also posted this question in the NGOSS tools forum.

You may need to use getInventory service which defined in MTOSI 1.1 .

I m working in BSS/OSS domain , I often enconter the interface to ERP, some operators are interesting in the interface to ERP, they want to get some hardware information from ERP, and put some hardware information (eg. sim card) into ERP system.
