The Telecoms landscape is dominated by large, complex programmes often comprising many delivery projects. Whether its CRM Implementations, Consolidation of Billing Platforms, Transformation to Next Generation Networks and Services, or Development and Launch of new Products and Service offerings. Traditionallly these types of programme have been viewed as "difficult territory" for an Agile Delivery Approach.
The attached paper challenges conventional Programme Management theory and proposes a radically different approach based on Agile principles and techniques, but tailored to enterprise scale environments.
