This webinar will feature a case study involving the use of a breakthrough database architecture that was designed for telecommunications companies trying to capture and analyze large volumes of SNMP data.

• Shared-nothing column architecture
• Aggressive data compression
• Concurrent loading and querying of data
• Auto-administration – design, tuning, failover, recovery

These innovations allow Comcast and others to give more people access to more data and answer questions 50 to 200 times faster than other databases, use 90 percent less storage hardware and incur very minimal IT overhead.
