I would like to know if TM Forum provides consultancy services to service providers, who want to implement eTOM process framework within their own organization.

If there is such an offering, that what is the procedure to acquire consultancy services.

There's a few companies providing eTOM consultancy services. I am involved with Atos Origin, a Telco integrator that can provide such services. Business Maestros has a different way, in that they can also take a mentorship approach, coupled with training to achieve eTOM implementation

TMF certifies people not business in eTOM (its practice), see list of nowadays certified people at www.tmforum.com; RPG Consulting Group has two certified personnel and besides these two guys are also certified by TMF to provide  oficial eTOM and SID training on behalf of TMF, actually we deliver training scheduled by TMF.
