One point that struck me was the observation that the TMF need sto provide a framework for Serivce Providers to define their own serivce and their compositions of serivce from reuseable components.
That suggest to me that the kind of standards taht we need out of the team are not limited to FCAPS like standards that have been typically produced for transport networks.
Do we need a debate about what kind of standards are needed and how they would be used by Serivce Providers (Designers, Product managers etc)?
