We´ve worked on a process engeneering project on a Telco. The scope was ajusted to Resource Management and Operations processes. They are currently asking us to include in the scope the Service Management and Operations processes. We analysed the situation of including these new processes on the scope and got to the conclusion that the resources and time needed for this new scope would be the same as utilized for the first phase?
