An application area that is of increasing interest to our company is Identity & Access Management.
This application area is about provisioning identities and access rights within tour company for interanl users, for customers to access self service and service delivery applications, and pushing identities to 3rd party service providers.
Currently thise doesn't appear to be covered within TAM, but if it is, what areas cover it.
The interseting thing about identify & access management is that it is often set up as part of establisging a customer, but can also be updated as part of fulfilment of new services. It also has the potential to be a service, i.e. manageing a customer identtity for use with other orgainsaitions such as banks etc.
What are peoples thoughts on this?
