What is the Business Metrics & Scaffold Group?
The Business Metrics and Scaffold (BusMet) team is responsible for the TM Forum Business Metrics used by Service Providers and suppliers as standard industry business performance metrics for the Service Provider community. Additionally, these metrics are used as the basis for the Business Benchmarking Studies, Metrics Conformance testing, and various TM Forum Benchmarking Services.
BusMet is the Steering Team responsible for the evolution of the Business Metrics and Scaffold. This includes identification of new metrics requirements, extension of the Scaffold as needed, and mentoring of collaboration teams developing metrics for inclusion in the 3 level business metrics suite.
