What is the Charging and Billing Group?
The Charging and Billing Group is a Collaboration Program component of the Revenue Management Initiative. It is the area of the Online Community for collaborating on work arising from issues and requirements related to all components of the TM Forum product line that impact or are impacted by the:
- Billing Process Element "vertical" of the Business Process Framework (eTOM),
- related ABEs in the Information Framework (SID),
- related Applications in the Application Framework (TAM)
What Does the Charging and Billing Group Do?
Main channel for introduction of enhancements to TM Forum product line in the Charging and Billing processes,information and applications.
What are the deliverables?
This group identifies projects to incorporate the results of analysis of issues and requirements into the TM Forum product line, including contributions to Frameworx groups, white papers, case studies, and catalyst projects.

- Contribute materials for consideration by the group participants.
