Cloud/Frameworx QSP

The Cloud/Frameworx QSP team is one of the efforts within the Cloud Services Initiative. This special Collaborative area has been set-up due to the complexity of the Cloud/Frameworx Quick Start Packs process.

This team will be defining the specific "user stories"/business process flows across business activities that are critical to the delivery of Cloud Services - such as: Lead-to-Cash, Concept-to-Product, Trouble-to-Resolve etc. Once these business flows are developed that define the activities and business processes, they will be mapped against the Business Process Framework (eTOM) to determine if there are gaps, enhancements or other modifications (such as amended aliases) that would make Frameworx more applicable to the Cloud space.

The first deliverable of the Cloud/Frameworx QSP effort is to complete a Quick Start Pack (QSP) for Lead to Cash that defines the user stories and business process flows in the context of Cloud services.

Several other specific business flow areas have been recommended and others may be added if members determine that they would like to create additional QSPs.

The QSPs will be used as a foundation to define what, if anything, needs to be modified, enhanced, added or renamed to make Frameworx (and specifically the Business Process Framework) applicable to the Cloud space.

Due to the global nature of the team, the intent is to use this special collaboration area to enable our members around the world to participate in high-momentum, continuous dialogue, contribution and completion of the QSPs.

More information will be distributed via the blogs, discussion and wiki sections as well.

Each of these will be determined by the Members.

Please contribute to the dialogues that will be going on in the discussion groups regarding the three proposed initial Quick Start Packs (Lead-to-Cash, Concept-to-Product and Trouble-to-Resolve) so that this team focuses on those areas deemed the most important by you, the members!
