The TM Form Frameworx Conformance Certification community is a participative environment to allow members to share their comments, feedback and ideas on Frameworx Conformance Certification. It also provides an opportunity to learn about Frameworx Conformance Certification.
What are the deliverables?
The TM Form Frameworx Conformance Certification enables the industry to test and certify adherence to individual TM Forum frameworks and standards. There are two Conformance Certifications: Frameworx Implementation Conformance & Frameworx Product Conformance.
The Frameworx Implementation Conformance is specifically focused on Service Provider organizations/processes. The certification is carried out against the Business Process Framework. It assesses the organisation’s processes against the Business Process Framework within an agreed organizational scope.
The Frameworx Product Conformance is specifically focused on a Supplier's/Vendor's product processes & interfaces. The certification is carried out against the Business Process & Information Frameworks. It assesses the product processes against the Business Process Framework within an agreed product scope.
