Developer Network Portal Open For Business
To speed widespread adoption of its standards, TM Forum has “soft” launched the Developer Network Portal, an exciting new web destination for member company developers – the first place they can go when tasked to implement TM Forum standards.

The Developer Network Portal provides easy access to code artifacts and tools that use TM Forum standards, allowing developers to implement standards-based solutions easier, faster and cheaper across the complete lifecycle. The Portal provides a slice through TM Forum documents and code specifically tailored for developers, IT professionals, analysts, integrators, consultants and other implementers who need to rapidly deliver high-quality communications solutions. Information is easy to access and filter, allowing users to zero in quickly on what they need.

The initial Portal implementation includes:

  • A peer-to-peer community for collaborations that supports deployment of TM Forum standards across the industry;
  • A Downloads Area for developers and implementers that provides easy access to code, tools, white papers, case studies and other documentation created by TM Forum members – or member collaborations – for use by other members;
  • A Contribution Zone that allows members to quickly and easily submit content that could benefit other developers, for example code stubs, tools, how-to guides or lessons learned;
  • TM Forum Marketplace, a one-stop shop where member companies can download software related to TM Forum standards—software they can’t get anywhere else;
  • A bookstore and training information;
  • Highlights of the latest news and events for developers.

A sophisticated, developer-centric call-for-collaboration has been designed to quickly show where users can contribute and focus on the areas of most interest.

Visit the site often for valuable new information and to take advantage of an ongoing series of Portal enhancements for the developer community.

TM Forum Marketplace for Developers
The TM Forum Marketplace is a vehicle for TM Forum member companies to provide unique offerings of their software and to demonstrate how their software relates to TM Forum products and programs. The TM Forum Marketplace will be available within the TM Forum website and the TM Forum Developer Portal.

Contact Joann O’Brien for further information about the Developer Network Portal and TM Forum Marketplace.
