Soft Launch of Portal:

User Group Kick Off:

We have kicked off two new User Groups under the TM Forum Developer Umbrella:

- Function Point Analysis, Lead by Steve Woodward

- OSS/J User Group, Lead by Craig Gallen and Pierre Gauthier

Webinars:

The first of a series of Developer Focused Webinars will take place on Feb 23rd and 10:00am EST.

Leveraging TM Forum Frameworks and Functional Analysis to Accurately Estimate Software Engineering Projects

Regular Meetings:

Post TAW we will be kicking off a regular meeting slot for the Developer Network Initiative.  The proposed timeslot is Tuesday 9:00am EST, 2:00pm GMT.

Please advise if this time is agreeable to you or not, if you are interested in attending such a meeting.

An outline agenda for this meeting will be:

- Discuss Progress in the User Groups listed in the Developer Network Initiative and understand if there are actions to be take to help progress these, also identify if there are work items or new requirements being identified within these User Groups that need to be addressed within TM Forum.

- Tooling, we need to work on a plan to provide the best tooling possible to the Developer audience in an easily accessible manner, with clear indications of maturity of each tool available.

- Continue to identify new activities/work items that need to be executed to support the Developer/Implementer audience, and create a roadmap for this.

Team Action Week:

For the Developer Network we are running the following sessions:

First Team Meeting on Tuesday afternoon:

Detailed Agenda:

13:30 – 3:00pm Functional Point Analysis.  An overview of the Functional Point Analysis presentation by Steve Woodward

· Discuss relevance and interrelationships with TM Forum Products

3:30pm – 5:00pm Agile / SCRUM development

· Rationale for applying Agile/SCRUM

· Use Case driven development and the TMF business process framework: Use Case refinement vs. Process decomposition

· Agile planning & estimation: process elements and backlog items

· Evolving an enterprise architecture in a multi-project-environment

· The C2M Best Practices team within the TMF

4:00pm – 4:30pm Meeting with Keith (please insert the standard title for this)

5:00pm – 6:00pm  Developer Network General Discuss

- Next Steps, including prioritisation and goals.  (Gathering of input to create a Developer Network Roadmap)

General Sessions:

Along with the Team Session listed above, there will also be two general sessions covering both the Online Community & the Developer Network Initiative:

Monday: 15:30 – 17:00

Wednesday: 17:30 – 19:00
