| | | What is the Fraud Management Group?
Communications Fraud remains one of the most significant threats to operator margins and security today. Fraud attacks occur continuously on even the most monitored networks, forcing operators to constantly improve their methods of protection.
The TM Forum Fraud Team has been chartered to assemble and maintain best practices from operators around the world relating to both Fraud Operations Management and Fraud Detection and Resolution Management. This information will continue to be updated and expanded to account for evolving fraud tactics. We encourage CSPs to join the Fraud team, and to both receive and contribute information that will help guide operators to best practices in fraud protection and prevention. What are the deliverables?
- General Communications Fraud Definition baseline
- Fraud Operations Guide
- Fraud Classification Guide
