It is my sense that TMF and ISVs have complementary value and needs for common objectives. While the TMF has a solid vision of where the telco industry is going, as well as good ideas on common pain points, and what it would take to solve them, ISV have strong technical expertise and technically skilled individuals, but look for venues to expose their offer.
