My question is, whether a calling number can define as a separate CFS or as a attribute of a CFS like VoIP or Access or can it be both. Is the central question, whether a calling number can be bought as a separate Service? If yes, must it be a CFS anyhow? Best regards Bernhard -

A good addition/change to SID model would be to have a classification of Resources similar to how Services are classified into Customer Facing and Resource Facing (through specialisation), i.e. it would be good to have a model which would enable distinguishing between Resources that Customer is aware... -

As Ben points out in the thread, we have found that the configuration pattern that is under development, applied to Product as "Product Configuration" serves the role of CFS (Customer Facing Service).
