  • Farewell to the Service Domain?

Howdy, teammates thought you might be interested in my latest Training blog that makes a case for this, while still retaining the concept of a Service in our frameworks... http://www.tmforum.org/community/blogs/tmforum_training/archive/2010/08/26/farewell-to-the-service-domain.aspx To add a little not...

  • The Potential Demise of RFS (and CFS)

As Ben points out in the thread, we have found that the configuration pattern that is under development, applied to Product as "Product Configuration" serves the role of CFS (Customer Facing Service). The configuraiton pattern applied to Service provides the notion of RFS (Resource Facing Service...

  • Inconsistency in Figure 4Q-5 of Quality Of Service Addendum

Hi Everyone, I would like to point out to an inconsistency in the Figure 4Q-5 of the QoS Addendum. It shows the relationfrom Physical Resources and Logical Resources to Resource Facing Services to be of cardinality 0..1. However, it is 0..n in all other documents (e.g. Figure SO.6 in Service Overview...

  • Possible Inconsistency in the PR Addendum - PhysicalResourceRole

Hi All, I have noticed a possible inconsistency in the PhysicalResource Addendum. Page 38, Figure 18 shows an association named "SpecificesPhysicalResourceRoles" between PhysicalResourceSpec and PhysicalResourceRole. This association can also be verified from the Rational Rose HTML SID Model...
