What are the deliverables?
- Development and integration of Lean Sigma best practices into a CME (Communication Media & Entertain) wide Improvement Approach and helps to drive TM Forum members to develop Frameworx solutions using this Approach.
- For Service Providers, it will provides a reference point for their various forms of process improvement needs.
- For Consulting Community member it will provides future directions and a consultative Approach for client's Improvement needs which is evolving and universally usable.
- For General Community members it will let them share and learn from other members about existing best practices in this space.
How to Participate
Any member is welcome to participate in the this forum. Participation can include posting/responding to community discussions, volunteering to particiapte in Improvement Framework/Lean Sigma work items when initiated.
