Looking at the Manage Balance Operation 1.1.1.15.3 process and wondering whether this should also be aplicable to managing how the balances are funded, or where is this modelled? For example the customer/subscriber does a recharge. Another way to fund the balance is via cyclical process. -

Hi eTOM experts, I am looking for the appropriate process element for importing CDRs from partners or TAP files from roaming to feed this information in the billing process. I expect those within the S/P domain, but I could not find them, yet. Can anyone help? Best, Dirk
