Goal of the team is to expand TM Forum Frameworks in managing Network and IT resources with regard to WorkForce Management in order to enhance service delivery and assurance best practices For eTOM: - Revise existing business process framework to add specifics of WFM, like Manage

- Add more details for existing WFM processes, like Work Catalog Management,
- Dispatching, location/service Area Management, Expense Management,
For TAM: - Streamlining and expanding the applications map
- Additionally, specify contracts for WFM in interaction with other processes, like
- Product/Service/Resource fulfillment, Trouble shooting, etc
For SID: - Revise existing data models of WF resources like Work Specifications (to be
- Cataloged); Employee and pool characteristics, Project Scheduling
- Additional models like Skill Ret, Tools, Appointment, Calendar, Business rules
