Business Process Framework (eTOM) Implementer's Workshop

This workshop is designed as a “follow on” course for those who have completed one of the introductory framework courses and wish to develop their knowledge of how the Process Framework can be used. The course is heavily focused on practical exercises and includes practical guidance for implementing, using and extending the Framework as well as case studies depicting how the Framework is being used within organizations.
