New for 2012: All conference attendees will receive a TM Forum Expo Passport to acquire stamps from the various exhibitors. Collecting passport stamps is a great opportunity for attendees to network and win a prize!

  • Expo Passports will be distributed when you pick up your badge at Registration.
  • Visit exhibitors and they will stamp your passport. You must collect a stamp from each exhibitor to qualify to win a $200USD VISA giftcard.
  • Once you have collected a stamp from each exhibitor, return your passport to Registration for your chance to win, no later than 4:00 pm on Wednesday, March 21.
  • The winner will be drawn at random on March 21 at 4:15 pm. If you are not present, the prize will be mailed to the address submitted on the passport.


Expo Reception

March 20; 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.

The Expo Reception is a great way to network with other delegates after the first day of the conference ends. Delegates will enjoy discussing the day’s issues in an informal environment, while making new contacts and meeting new potential business partners. All conference attendees are invited to attend.

Executive Appointment Service

Exclusive opportunity to participate in a one-to-one private meeting service.

The Executive Appointment Service (EAS) is an exclusive, invitation-only program aimed at knowledge exchange between Suppliers and Service Provider executives to help to ensure common goals, standards and collaboration for our industry.

VIP Networking Lunch

March 20

The exclusive invitation-only VIP Lunch will be held on Tuesday after the Keynote Perspectives program. Specially selected guests will enjoy a private lunch while networking with like-minded senior industry executives in a relaxed atmosphere.
