The publication of a white paper entitled "OSS through Java as an Implementation of NGOSS" underlines the increasing importance of NGOSS as an overall framework for OSS solution delivery.  A number of experts from the OSS through Java Initiative and the TeleManagement Forum examined the respective programs and determined that there was a deep alignment and synergy between them.  The forty-page white paper concludes that this alignment will foster closer collaboration between the two groups--to the benefit of the two organizations and the industry as a whole.
