The revised TM Forum SLA Handbook is designated GB 917 Version 2 and structured as a four Volume suite. Volumes 1, 2 and 3 focus on telecommunication services SPs, Suppliers and Customers whereas Volume 4 focuses on Enterprise business applications and associated telecommunication services. The four volumes are entitled:
- Volume 1 – SLA Management Handbook - Executive Overview;
- Volume 2 – SLA Management Handbook - Concepts and Principles;
- Volume 3 – SLA Management Handbook - Service and Technology Examples;
- Volume 4 – SLA Management Handbook - Enterprise Perspective. (The Open Group) - available soon
