Change Control Process

The Change Control process is managed by the Change Control Board (CCB), which is comprised of a committee of a maximum of 10 people who play one or more roles during the life of a Change Request (CR). The Change Control process manages all changes to the artifacts making up the NGOSS Baseline, for example a TM Forum document or Information Framework (SID) ABE. New artifacts created as part of a NGOSS team project charter must be added to the NGOSS Baseline on their release to the Approvals Committee and from then on will go under the umbrella of the CCB.

The Change Control Process has been published onto the Synthis process model repository, which enables the user to trace through the various processes and sub-processes as appropriate.
