Release 1.1 of Revenue Assurance Guidebook (GB941) is a partial release containing only the newly developed Addenda A - KPI Metrics Workbook. This addendum provides a hierarchy of Revenue Assurance Key Performance Indicators (KPI) at Strategic, Tactical and Operational level in 3 main categories:

• RA Process Effectiveness KPIs measures the efficiency of the RA processes with a company
• Data Quality KPIs measures the quality of the data within different company systems and the percentage of data validated
• Revenue Leakage KPIs measure the percentage and the value of Revenue Leakages of a company
