TM Forum Training Courses
Telecom is not just roaring back to life, it’s changing into a totally new, competitive industry. The need for an effective management environment has become a critical requirement as service providers move to a lean, agile strategy, capable of handling rapid shifts in customer demand and market opportunities.

Training Plus Workshops provide the in-depth education on crucial subjects necessary to understand and implement the new generation of OSS/BSS.

Attendees to any of the Monday courses will receive a copy of NGOSS DISTILLED. Written by John Reilly & Martin Creaner this is the first book to provide a no nonsense explanation of how all the NGOSS components fit together and how today's telecoms solution designers can bring immediate benefits to their business through the adoption of NGOSS. For a description of this book click on the cover.
Course levels

To assist delegates in choosing the right course for them we have introduced the following course categorisation.

Introductory courses Intermediate courses Advanced courses
These are broadly based courses that provide the delegate with an overiew of a technology or topic. The attendee will leave the course with a good understanding of the area and its relevance to their business. While there are subject matter knowledge pre-requisites for most introductory courses, Intermediate courses assume that the attendee is broadly familiar with the topic and is now seeking ideas for deployment within their organisation. They present a finer level of detail than found in the introductory courses. These are aimed at the practitioners who are seeking detail on a subject or technology. It is in this category for instance that you will find specific methodologies covered. Each course will have its own strict knowledge pre-requsiites.
