Benchmarking provides the added insight that helps focus attention on specific aspects of operations and areas of the business where improvement will bring the most benefit. The TeleManagement Forum’s Business Transformation Benchmarking program created of a set of measures aimed specifically at business performance. Services currently included in the program are DSL, IP services, mobile and wholesale transport. Additional services will be added as the program evolves. This ongoing benchmarking activity is gathering data from service providers worldwide.
