Overview
Supplier/Partner Management provides the necessary functionality to support supplier/partner definition and hierarchy management, revenue sharing arrangements, agreements between the service provider and the supplier/partner, settlement processes, and reconciliation processes.
Supplier/Partner Management provides the necessary functionality to manage the lifecycle of the relationship between a supplier/partner and the service provider.
Functionality
Supplier/Partner Management functionality includes:
- Supplier/Partner Relationship Management, including contract initiation through contract termination.
- Supplier/Partner Order Management, including placing an order with the supplier/partner per the established contract.
- Supplier/Partner Assurance, including end-customer or service provider issues with supplier/partner supported equipment or services.
- Supplier/Partner Reconciliation, including reconciliation of invoices received from the supplier/partner and settlement with the partner.
- Partner Product Lifecycle Management, including incorporation of partner products into relevant service provider product catalogs and store-fronts.
- Supplier/Partner Reporting, including providing appropriate access to service provider data relevant to the supplier/partner relationship and business.
- Supplier/Partner Portals, including portal access to allow the supplier/partner to conduct business with the service provider.
