The Customer Facing Service Spec Role ABE defines a ServiceSpecification, in terms of a set of ServiceSpecificationRoles, for a CustomerFacingService. It is used to represent the shared characteristics of a CustomerFacingService. This enables the CustomerFacingService to be managed abstractly using ServiceSpecificationRoles.
