The CSP industry growth rate for core connectivity services is falling behind the expectations – while beyond connectivity services will experience 5X growth rate in coming years. B2B and B2B2X segments are key growth areas. Penetrating those segments, and driving efficient lead conversion and sales processes requires tapping into new, AI driven digital demand generation and sales conversion paradigms. In this project, the ambition is to accelerate the CSP B2B beyond connectivity sales growth to 5X levels vs. traditional segments and do that by harnessing combination of Gen AI and AI Agent technologies, to accelerate, automate and improve B2B sales lead nurturing and conversion for driving growth and profitability The proposed solution will establish an end-to-end B2B/B2B2X business solution where specific emphasis is put to harnessing the combined power of Gen AI and AI Agent technologies for digital and AI identified sales lead nurturing and conversion for beyond connectivity offerings. The solution will provide uniquely seamless flow from lead capture to order placement, and will leverage TM Forum APIs for integration between platform vendor solution domains. The Catalyst explores the most efficient ways of turning leads from both from digital channels (LinkedIn, messaging) and AI sources (AI platforms specialized in network and BSS / customer data analysis) into offers and sales wins via using Gen AI and AI Agents to accelerate the workflow and deliver increased conversion rates and faster velocity for the business.
