Carla Gonzalez
Carla is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, the development of digital platforms, and remote (non-in-person) customer service at AT&T Mexico, with the goal of delivering and unifying the best customer experience, accelerating growth and driving innovation at scale.

She leads cross-functional teams across products, design, technology, and operations to deliver seamless experiences through web, mobile, e-commerce, and emerging digital touchpoints.

Previously, Carla was Head of Digital Product at wim, AT&T’s digital brand, where she led the development and design of the digital app that transformed the telecommunications industry. Prior to this, she was Assistant Vice President of Strategic Technology and Business Support at AT&T Mexico.

With a long career in telecommunications and technology, Carla is an expert in developing innovative solutions tailored to specific business needs, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to create digital products. She has worked with companies such as Amdocs, SAP, Indra, among others.

As a leader, she aims to inspire and empower her team to reach their full potential, ensuring they contribute to achieving business goals.

Carla holds a master’s degree in executive Direction of Telcos from IE Business School in Madrid.
