Born in Évora/Portugal, João holds a PhD in Value-oriented Enterprise Transformation from Instituto Superior Técnico/University of Lisbon.
His 21 years of experience in Telco in areas include IT Strategy & Planning, IT Demand Management, TV Product and Architecture, and Digital Transformation Management.
As head of Enterprise Architecture at NOS he is focused on developing Capability-driven EA, namely creating and aligning business and tech capability roadmaps to enhance the delivery of Digital Transformation.
