Mr. Qin currently serves as General Manager of CBS Product at Huawei, responsible for the global strategy, product innovation, solution development, market expansion, and delivery operations of Huawei CBS business.
Since joining Huawei in 2004, Mr. Qin has held a series of leadership and expert roles, including Manager of Product Management and Solution Design Expert. With more than 20 years of experience in the ICT software industry, he has successfully led the Cloud-Native transformation, AI-Native strategy execution, and intelligent evolution of several flagship software products. His contributions have strengthened Huawei Software’s thought leadership in Digital Intelligence Transformation, and driven the continuous advancement of software business strategy and industry influence.
