Vishok Persaud is the CEO and founder of ENet (E-Networks Inc.), a transformative telecommunications company based in Guyana, South America. Under Vishok’s leadership, ENet has introduced many innovative technologies to Guyana, including the country’s first 5G mobile network and the first international subsea cable owned by a local company. ENet also operates Guyana’s largest fiber backbone, establishing it as a key player in the telecoms sector.

A recognized leader in the ICT space, Vishok has been invited to speak on global panels, including the prestigious Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona. At MWC 2024, he discussed the transformative potential of software-driven and cloud-based networking technologies.

He also played an influential role on the SES Networks Customer Advisory Board. Stemming from ENet's successful deployment of O3b, a groundbreaking high-speed satellite solution in Guyana—the first deployment in Latin America and the Caribbean—Vishok has actively contributed to shaping technological advancement in Guyana.

Vishok has been instrumental in building strong relationships with leading tech companies such as Samsung, Apple, and Tecno. These partnerships allow ENet to bring the latest high-performance devices to the Guyanese market, offering cutting-edge technology at the most competitive prices.
