Friederike Hoffmann has been in charge of the Connectivity Services unit for Swisscom Business Customers since June 2019. As Executive Vice President, she is part of the executive management team of Swisscom Business Customers. She and her team are responsible for core B2B telecommunications business and establish the digitalisation basis for business customers in Switzerland through Swisscom’s Connectivity Services. She is also responsible for the ongoing development of business processes as well as the search for new growth areas. For this purpose, she is advancing the monetisation of 5G, IoT as well as strategic partner management in the national and international environment.

Friederike supports the Swisscom Climate Award for sustainable digitalisation and assists start-ups and entrepreneurs in Switzerland. She has worked for Swisscom in various leadership positions since 2013 and currently manages over 400 employees.

She studied business management at the University of St.Gallen, concluding with a doctorate on business model innovations. She is also part of various committees of business organisations and is actively involved in the mentoring of fresh managerial talent and young professionals.

She likes spending her leisure time with her son and the entire family and is always out and about doing sport-cross-country skiing in winter and by the sea in summer. She enjoys good food that she doesn’t have to cook herself.
