Prince Paulraj is a visionary leader in Data, AI, and Agentic Systems at AT&T, based in Dallas, Texas. With a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, he drives enterprise-scale AI Agent solutions across Finance, AT&T Business Services, and customer-facing digital platforms—delivering revenue-generating innovations such as AI-powered digital receptionists, multi-agent workflows, and LLM + RAG-driven systems that transform operations and customer experiences.

Previously, Prince served as the Head of the Chief Data Office – India, where he built the CDO organization from the ground up—hiring top talent, shaping data strategy, and fostering a high-performance culture.

His key contributions include:
• Building AT&T Fraud Detection systems that prevented billions in transaction fraud, making a substantial EPS contribution using traditional ML and AI
• Launching GenAI-powered internal platforms like Ask AT&T, Ask Ops, and AI Agent Foundry supporting enterprise use cases
• Creating ML products such as the ML Feature Store (co-developed with H2O.ai) and Watchtower, enabling governed and scalable AI adoption
