Varun leads our Digital practice in Asia Pacific. He has advised corporate clients, social enterprises as well as start-ups on their digital journey. He is a core architect of Kearney’s “Being Digital and Doing Digital” playbook. He balances the organizational change needed to succeed in the digital era, and the execution required to implement and scale digital use cases in complex organizations.

He believes digital transformation should no longer be about innovation, and should deliver commercial results. His clients vouch for his ability to deliver results on large digital transformation programs.
